Oof, yea I can imagine how that must be as flu is incredibly nasty. I've looked up a few tips for starting, but I think I need that impulse. Routine is something that helps a lot also for me. Agreed that starting is certainly very hard. I hope you'll be able to do the kickboxing soon, though hopefully when all the worst has past with current issues of corona you'll be able to go. Thank you lovely for your words~ ;w;
You can do it!!!!
(also, get shoes that fit and are like...what you need? My old running shoes get no support to my feet turning in and I got really injured from it. So if you buy running shoes, have someone at the store walk you through it so you can avoid possible injuries. Better safe than sorry!)

We've been trying to do some walking and cardio almost killed me. I still need to try running but will be slow going but we been enjoying walks. Just helps to see that exercise makes a difference and you been rocking yourself so you inspiring. I def need to do more though not likely everyday haha!
I totally get you. Until recently my asthma never bothered me while running but after the flu in January it’s been...bad. But also for running it didn’t like...start easy? My first “run” was two miles long at the beginning of a panic attack. I went out on impulse in like...work shoes and with my dog and ran/walked two miles. I felt so much better after and that’s kinda what kept me going. A
nd for awhile it was literally like...run, stop to walk, run, stop to walk, etc. for awhile. I was severely underweight still and out of shape and it was harddddd. I then at some point I was able to run two miles non-stop. Then I increased to 3. And then 4, 5, and so on...
Stuff takes time! And at first it is harddddddd. Like really hard. But the more you do something the easier it gets but it really does help if you like the thing you’re doing a lot too.
(I run every other day. And if on the day after the off day I still don’t feel well, I skip it and go for the next day. The point isn’t to torture yourself, obviously haha)
I really want to try that kickboxing gym when things open... I want to punch things and make gains haha

Really need to start running myself. Big inspiration~ thank you for being amazing!
While I love running (and would always recommend it) I think find what you like to do and do that. So if that’s swimming, walking, going on hikes, playing tennis, kickboxing (I was gonna join a kickboxing gym before covid hit because I wanted to punch things...), anything! It helps a lot to find something YOU enjoy. But I’ve found with lockdown I have so much extra...energy to expend. So I’m like...going outside and walking and running and even just...running in place and doing cardio while I play games haha

You shouldn't. I used to be one of those assholes too, just reformed. I've found it so liberating to be open minded and accepting. I explore so many things now that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole before because LORE. If people come at you, just say 'Hey, I was a jerk back then and I'm sorry, but I've had time and opportunity to think and realize how wrong I was'.
I’m uncertain anyone would come after me like “You used to hate this, you cant do it now!” Kind of thing. I’ve noticed and talked to some of the people from back then and we’ve all changed in that way actually. And we all seem happier for it, I think. Or at least having more fun than we used to.
I’m more so.... how to explain. The thought of “is this really okay?” always lingers in my mind. Even if it really is okay because tbh who the fuck cares and YoshiP said I can do whatever the fuck I want haha.
Everyone’s their own worst critic though...and I’ll beat myself up to hell and back over the dumbest shit... Like making my OC a fox cuz voidsent likes foxes >.>
