if you actually want to FIND things again in your tags.
don’t use a dash or hyphen (- or --)
don’t use a plus sigh (+)
don’t use slashes (he/him)
UNLESS you put space in it (he / him) like this
don’t use a percent (%)
and if you use a question mark (?) you’ll have to change it to ‘%3F’ to find it again, for example: https://callmeblake.tumblr.com/tagged/is%20this%20anger%20or%20pain%3F
though it does accept ‘&’ now and it never used to
It doesn’t like <--, but will let you do “<<< with a word after it” (like this)
there are more it won’t take but I don’t remember all of them
it will find certain things such as ♥, though
EDIT: IF you DO happen to have a dash in a tag and want to find it SOMETIMES replacing it with “%20″ and using the search function instead will find it - like so:
https://callmeblake.tumblr.com/search/dashed%20tag
Edit: a “%21″ is an exclamation point, it doesn’t like more than one.
Underscore is best to avoid as well.
