When did Dashingicecream left the fandom? What excatly happened?

it was a few years back iirc & mainly it was due to harassment (mostly from bee shippers) because of her drawing monochrome / elderburn / solarflare as well as being somewhat vocal that she didn't like bees & wouldn't draw them often.

there was also a controversy of her drawing "underage" characters fucking, aka monos when they were in beacon which was just so laughable because the crew itself behind the show have done far worse. teenagers having sex is normal.

there was also some other bs like the incest (she drew jokingly but either way, it's not an issue, just block her?), "transphobia" in using futanari which isn't a slur unless specifically used against trans women in a derogatory way, stop co-opting japanese words for clout western fandom, & that was pretty much it.

it was a whole lot of nothing that basically stemmed because she didn't like the "main" ship of the fandom which is garbage so they had to scramble to find other reasons. going after a lesbian artist this way for basically lies was super fucked up, especially with how queerphobic the main fandom is.

To The Tune Of ‘I’ve Got No Strings’; I’ve got no legs~ To keep me up~ My ‘mom’ cut one off~ HEY WHAT THE *duck noises*

This was an incredibly dumb joke I thought of when @dashingicecream gave Quinn a robot leg and decided to take a crack at drawing it. Keep in mind this is my very first time drawing any of Dash’s OC’s so it’s not that great unfortunately.

As to why this Quinn looks like an amalgamation of two or three of Quinn’s different designs, Dash is the queen of fluffy looking hair and I suck profoundly at it so yeah Quinn got the thinner less fluffy twintails of her old design. 

I reiterate, this was a dumb idea.
