Okay, I understand that nothing can make you instantly happy when you're not. That's okay. I've been there. Many times. And what I did was distract myself. Did things that kept me from thinking. Everyone tells you to be happy, that's nice, but it's not a requirement. What's important is to keep doing things. Keep moving forward. Otherwise, it will get worse. Sometimes it seems like it can't get worse, but believe me, it can. It can always be worse. All you should be doing is trying to go forward
