What a journey it’s been.
Looking at last night's progress pics I realize my pecs are growing, but only in one direction: forward. I wouldn't have realized this error were it not for closer inspection of those pics. I apologize for the error and will begin widening exercises ASAP

Decided to go a little heavier on the benchpress today, so I loaded up the weights to 185 and went at it.
I did my first set of 3, but found that it was pretty hard. I rested and went for my second set but could only manage to do 2. I got a little worried and went on to my third set but could only do 2 again.
I got up and decided to de-weight the bar in shame when I noticed... I had an extra pair of weights on the bar.
I was doing 205.
My record before my accident was 210. I did a 3-2-2 of 205 without a spotter and on an empty stomach.
I'm gonna make it.
