Does anyone know why the fuck mobile is not using the fucking data saving mode I have turned on and is loading every single gif and using all my data.

I can’t use wifi cause it doesn’t reach to my room, it’s used twice as much as it usually does and it’s annoying. I’ve already reinstalled the app and switching the setting on and off.
