City Roads provides you with stunning line drawing maps of any city in the world
Shout out to John Gruber for posting this gem on his blog, and thanks to Jason Kotte for sharing this fantastic site, which draws all the streets for any city you want. Given that I live in Los Angeles, I felt it was fitting that I do that one first. It did take a while, but that should be expected, given just how large Los Angeles county is. After a few seconds, I was presented with a gorgeous line drawing.
Los Angeles County I even tried it outside of the country, and why stop at a city? I decided to lookup an entire state in Mexico, specifically the state of Jalisco. It took much longer than Los Angeles, but it eventually loaded, and it was equally stunning. If you want to try it yourself, click here, and look up any city.
