Dear Diary - 11.25.18
The blind date auction finally came and went. It was an exhausting day, what with having to travel to Arcadia and back, but...
I managed to win Toby! Who would know him better than his best friend, right? I got really excited, which was kind of embarrassing... But I got to see Pia and Clori there, too, so....
I’m really happy with how I did. Although now I wonder what we’re going to do. I’ve never been on a date before. Maybe we should meet up at the aquarium, like we talked about? ( And is it different with the word date attached to it...?)
I guess I hadn’t really thought this far ahead. I just didn’t want Toby going with someone else. (Is that really that selfish...? Mother would have said it was, but... Maybe I am being selfish....)
What am I going to wear....?
Maybe I should ask someone for advice, but I’m not sure who. I don’t think Clori or Pia have much more experience than I do. (Plus it’d be embarrassing...)
For now, I am just going to stop thinking about all of that and go to bed with my cat and my dog and just.... Not worry about anything! I’ll just be happy that I won!
