Date for One // Open

She had just wanted some food, that was all. She wanted to enjoy a plate of fettuccine, drink a glass of wine, and then later unwind with a movie she had been saving up for weeks. Why could she not have one night? Sharon ground her teeth together, reaching for her wine glass as the man before her prattled on about destiny and fate and how he had seen her from across the room and had to come by. She could have snapped his wrist by now, instead she had this stupid idea of trying to preserve her relaxation by not getting him to leave. It was stupid, really. 

Everything was thumping along at a barely tolerable level before he reached across the small space between her hand and his and tried to hold onto her. “Unless you want your wrist to be snapped, I suggest you put that hand right back where it came from.” She glared over at him, her wine glass settled firmly on the tablecloth and heel ready to dig into his pant leg.  “C’mon baby, don’t be like that.” To be fair; she tried to be patient. With a flick of her wrist, Sharon’s fingers were pressing into the separation of wrist and hand, half-way out of her seat, and her other arm drew back into a fighting stance; ready to punch him if he refused to leave her alone. “I said, LEAVE. ME. ALONE.” She released him as he tumbled back in his chair, moving back to the bar where he could nurse his wounded pride. Carter sank back down and picked at her breadstick, not wanting to acknowledge whomever now stood above her unless she absolutely had to.

Its gonna be the best date ever! Shes so cute Shes got brown hair Brown skin And brown eyes Cute lips Ughh I cant wait!!! Were getting froyo together. Shes dressed so cute for our date. Wait Ive got brown skin,hair, and eyes. And im dressed cute. Im going on a date with myself.
