Scarlett! She and Devin were sitting beside a creek after a challenge, Devin was super embarrassed because she had to confess her feelings for Scarlett during the challenge. (It was the truth or dare-type challenge.)
Scarlett expressed that she also had feelings for Devin and kissed her!
That's how they start "dating" or would it technically be courting??? Hmmmm...
