What's been your most gratifying moment at Columbia? 

My most gratifying moment here? I can say anything right? My most gratifying moment at Columbia... Losing my virginity here. This is going online. Well, that's, I guess, that's truthfully the most gratifying moment. I'd say if I win this election it'd be a very gratifying moment, but again, it's not gonna be the same. I'm gonna say the honest answer. 

What's your proudest accomplishment?

I think getting in here. I mean as a transfer student I spent my first year at a really really small state school in south Jersey. Getting rejected everywhere I applied to the first time around in High School, and you know, once I got the acceptance letter in May saying I got transferred at Columbia, I said, "wow, I really can make something of myself." And I told myself that this is, this is big! And I can, I feel like I can do more with my life, I feel like I got a lot more potential I can take advantage of, and this is gonna be big. I mean I've done some things on campus that are big as well, I think campaigning for Obama in Ohio last year was big, and you know, all the other stuff I'm involved in here on campus. But the biggest thing was just getting here.

What's your biggest struggle right now?

I guess time. The biggest thing is managing all the stuff. I mean, this is my second year at Columbia, I guess there would be a sophomore slump. I've bitten a little more than I can chew, trying to do an internship, and five classes, and clubs, and other things all at the same time. So that's my biggest struggle at the moment, I'm really, really hoping I can cut down, I think I'm going to determine what my priorities are in the next few weeks.

What's something you have that others don't?

Hm. What separates me from the crowd? This sounds like a campaign question [laughs]. I think it's my ability to make friends fast, and it's the ability to not discriminate based on what background you're from. I think I have you know, friends from my state school, friends back at home, friends here, that are really wide and diverse and have a lot of different stories. And I'm really just interested in hearing your stories. I don't care what you've done in the past, I don't care whether you've done things that are big, or small, or whatever they are. I'm just having fun getting to know more people as much as I can here.
