Twin Peaks: *Reveals that the killer was a demon*

Agent Cooper: Whatever it was that killed Laura Palmer it's our job to stop it.

Twin Peaks: *Introduces weird new characters and love interests*

Twin Peaks: *Has lame plotline about Lucy's baby daddy drama*

Twin Peaks: *Has a legit plotline about an inexplicably strong 45 year old woman who thinks she's a high schooler and has a creepy one sided romance with a highschooler*
