Roc Bottom: Dave Raffa
Dig just put up Dave’s section from his video, Roc Bottom. Give it a peep, read my thoughts on it below, and go ride some bikes.
Dave’s section is tight. He’s a fellow chinger. Him and I both filmed pole jams to peg chings without knowing each other got one.( mine was used in clippin & dippin ) I think the Black Flag track fits the flow of this part. Dave does this shit where he centers himself when he’s trying to get a trick. Shit looks funny but it works for him. Haha. I got to film a lot of Dave’s part and it was the first time I got to use a camera with a zoom-ring. I found this to be really helpful along with the bright lcd of the DVX100b. Dave and I would collab on angles and how to shoot stuff. I definitely learned a lot helping him film this. Psyched how this came out.
