Catherine O'Hara as the outrageously camp Lola Heatherton on the Canadian sketch comedy series SCTV, early-1980s. Catherine based her Lola character on Joey Heatherton, Lola Falana and Connie Stevens, three popular and often over-the-top Las Vegas headliners/talk show guests of the era. Eugene Levy, Dave Thomas and Joe Flaherty are also seen as Lola's incompetent chorus boys.
