I got rlly sick so I caught up with the rest of season 5, here's some stuff to start simple
I was rewatching "The Return of the Rogue Rabbit" and there Buford mentions his uncle Oslo, from Oslo, who used to build giant marionette puppets, and he looks nothing like the newly introduced uncle Oslo, so that only means Buford has two uncles Oslo, and that the "from Oslo" clarification was intentional so his friends knew he was not talking about his uncle Oslo, from Danville
I would be incredibly interested in seeing the dynamic of Buford, Ferb, and Baljeet together, outside the context of the usual/larger group. Buford & Baljeet have their complex frenemy banter, Baljeet & Ferb share a wonderful nerdiness (and an occasional impishness!), and Ferb & Buford both have a tendency to demonstrate generally-unexpected-and-bizarre depths. Letting those energies combine and building upon each other would make for such a fresh, fun balance of personalities.
Last night I dreamt that Phineas and Ferb’s dad was secretly in love with his best friend, who was a man. And there were hints throughout the new episodes about this sub plot. The main one being in a time loop episode where the boys slowly learned more about their dad and his friend. Then for some reason Dan Povinmire came to my school and we all asked him if this rumor was true. Instead of confirming that, he confirmed that Baljeet and Buford were canon
in honor of season 5, have a quick older buford and baljeet!!
