Demi Lovato performed at the MLB All-Star Game over the weekend as a replacement for Ariana Grande. Now they are saying Demi replaced Ariana only because she had her wisdom teeth removed last Monday, and not because of ‘donut-gate’ where Ariana was saying how she hated America.

Now when Demi took the stage on Saturday, she performed her song, “Made in the USA” rather than her current single “Cool for Summer”. So because of that, everyone is speculating that this was a little jab at Ariana.

Feel better Uncle Jesse!

It seems John Stamos has checked himself into rehab for substance abuse.  Apparently, it's a "residential program," but there aren't any more specifics, so we don't know if it's just alcohol, or something else.

Now if you remember, John Stamos did get a DUI last month and was briefly hospitalized. So hopefully, he is working out whatever he needs to get better.  

At the time he downplayed the incident on Twitter, by basically just thanking everyone for their "love and support."  He hasn't Tweeted since June 23, and TMZ says that's because he's been in rehab since then.

At the box office...

"Minions" opened with $115.2 million this weekend, which was the second-biggest opening for an animated film ever.  "Shrek the Third" still holds the record, with a $121.6 million opening weekend in 2007.

 The horror flick "The Gallows" opened in fifth, with $10 million, and the thriller "Self/Less" with Ryan Reynolds made $5.4 million, opening in 8th place.  

Here's the Top 10:

1.  NEW:  "Minions", $115.2 million.

2.  "Jurassic World", $18.1 million.  Up to $590.6 million in its 5th week.

3.  "Inside Out", $17.1 million.  Up to $283.6 million in its 4th week.

4.  "Terminator:  Genisys", $13.7 million.  Up to $68.7 million in its 2nd week.

5.  NEW:  "The Gallows", $10 million.

6.  "Magic Mike XXL", $9.6 million.  Up to $48.4 million in its 2nd week.

7.  "Ted 2", $5.6 million.  Up to $71.6 million in its 3rd week.

8.  NEW:  "Self/Less", $5.4 million.

9.  NEW:  An Indian movie called "Baahubali:  The Beginning", $3.6 million.
