The Opener
I don't usually like to watch new series until they're in their second season, just to make sure they have a good fan base and are actually a good show. I haven't caught on to a lot of the new shows airing this year except for this one, completely by accident. I've watched The Opener addictively since September when we finally got The Food Network but I just found out a few weeks ago that we've been watching the first season, not reruns. Awesome! I love new Canadian television!
The Opener is a Food Network series about David Adjey, a world renowned chef, who tours around Canada to help first-time restaurant owners get ready for their openings. A great series about local cuisine, marketing and business, and obviously, food!
