A lot of development goes into Catalist to get the aesthetic “right,” but not all of it is used. The balance is hard sometimes, and you have to try and fail many times before you can succeed! 

This is an early study of the “busts” for the Catalist dialogue system, which was influenced by the JRPGs I played as a child.
