I can’t believe I’m getting back into Disventure Camp again because of a fucking. Ocxcc pairing.

Anyway here’s my David redesign. Plus a Tom sketch.

Fake video game soundtrack album for an rp I’m doing with a friend, with little context

Some of the characters involved are OCs, some are characters from Disventure Camp. David is my oc, Rae is @vampire-ink-777 ‘s oc. This post was pretty much just meant for my friends haha. This does of course take place during the Monster Island Disventure Camp au.

1. “Together Again, Unfortunately” (Characters assemble at the status quo, they’d met already from about a year prior. Gentle sort of guitar sounds. The plane from ep 1 of DCAS.)

2. “Something’s Amiss” (Characters realize stakes are exponentially higher, reprise of ‘together again, unfortunately’ with some warping. Scene specific to my AU. Something’s up with Kristal.)

3. “Sparks Fly” (David and Tom have their first battle. Bouncy, sharp sounding battle theme)

5. “Moment of Calm” (placeholder for gaps. Not as calm as the name implies, there’s an edge of unease to the melodies)

6. “Cloudberries” (Specific quiet moment with Rae and Jake, 5 min softer sort of song)

7. “End of the World As We Know It” (characters put in some reality-altered realm where the world has seemingly ended and they’re expected to deal with the fallout and kill each other. Stressful, but doesnt turn into a battle theme until the end)

8. “Canvas" (Quiet moment during the episode song 7 takes place in where David and Tom compare their scars. extremely soft reprise of ‘sparks fly’)

9. “Smoke and Funhouse Mirrors” (Unsettling romp through Rae’s head)

10. “Sing For Your Supper” (Unsure of context. There’s a chorus involved, though, and lots of bass. Tom and David are involved.)

11. “A Waltz in Viscera” (Involves a terrifically complex reality-altered challenge that reveals characters’ ‘hearts’ desire’, David’s being a violent gladiator arena style battle between him and Tom.)

12. “Apotheosis” (the end of that battle sequence. Sort of an Iliad reference but also really, really not. Think ‘our mutual might drags us past humanity and into godhood’.)

And that’s it so far!

David got put in this Victorian-esque setting in a discord server and I had a lot of fun drawing him. Also I’m possibly going to start doing commissions soon
