A man named David Berri wrote a story for Forbes about how ridiculous it was that the NBA is willing to pay 18 year old boys with no college or professional experience more than it does the top players in the WNBA, I didn’t get a chance to read the article, because the article has been removed, but by all accounts it was great and it talked about how the NBA needs to invest in the WNBA and how there is a market for women’s sports if it is funded properly. He has also lost his job at Forbes because of it. Funny how that shit works.
