I'm going to develop more of David's Character over the next couple of days. Tagged under "David Bio."
Name: David Aaron Holt
Description of family: David's got a mother, father, and brother named Jacob. Parent's are married, but David finds out his father has been cheating on his mother after he gains the ability to read minds.
Date of birth: July 2, 1985
Place of birth: Naperville, Illinois. It's a city not too far from Chicago and was named one of America's Best Places to Live.
Location changes: Moved from Naperville to a dirty suburb just outside Chicago at age 16 after he ran away from home.
Interests: Alcohol, women, motorcycles.
Talents: Telepathy, immortality. He also has a way with the ladies. ;)
Legal trouble: Yes.
Educational experiences: School until age 16. Ran away and got a GED. No college.
Work experiences: Busboy at a biker bar from age 16. Turned into bartender at age 18.
Athletic achievements: None. Liked baseball as a kid, though.
Influences: Alcohol.
Political activism: None.
Friends: Few and far between. There's Susan, his boss, and Troy, Susan's son/the stoner he works with. But I wouldn't call them "friends."
Romantic relationships / marriage: Many women. In this story, the woman he spends the most time with is named Piper.
Awards: Hah.
Failures: Too many.
Tragedies and difficulties: Father cheats on his mother; causes David to run away from home. David feels alone and tries to commit suicide... more than once.
Name changes: None. Stays David Holt the entire novel.
