Canon-Lubitel Frankencamera proves old lenses still work wonders
After buying an old Lubitel 2 twin-lens reflex camera for $15 while holidaying in Florida, Washington DC-based freelance photographer J. David Buerk decided that, in spite of their many years together, lens and camera would be better off if they parted company.
His vision was to attach the old Lubitel lens onto his modern Canon DSLR cameras — a goal that came at no easy feat.
