stephen: hey guys i have to tell you something-
brian:
davidor1745: The day has come where I must finish my mission and say goodbye to a show that has given me so much. It’s been a five year journey but it genuinely feels like yesterday that we were rehearsing in Jerwood. I have met some of the most incredible people through this show and I will be forever grateful for all the opportunities it has brought me. I have made some incredible friends who I hold very near to my heart. The Book Of Mormon is an incredible show and to be able to Standby for the role of Elder Cunningham has been a dream. The show has the best people surrounding it and the reason for that is the tone that was set by SFP but also the incredible Associates and Company Manager who all established the incredible environment that every show should have. There is so many people I need to thank so I will do that personally but know that I will spend today as I have done all week, reflecting on the incredible memories and laughs that I have shared in that building with the most incredible people ever. This book has changed my life and I feel so excited for the future of the show and the casts and everyone that will get to work on the show! It’s truly incredible and you are in for the best journey you will ever have!
bookofmormonldn: We’re saying a huge farewell to our only Original London Cast Member left today. He is a force to be reckoned with and has provided every person inside this theatre (audience, cast, creatives, backstage crew and FOH) with so much joy. Show him some love for his last day by giving him a follow @davidor1745. We will all miss you x
Happy trails, David O’Reilly (understudy Elder Cunningham), 2/12/17
The External World (2010) David O'Reilly.
learning. growing. filling the microscopic world with grand pianos.
Everything
This game came out last week and I think it’s really lovely and I am really not seeing too much about it* which is a tragedy cuz everyone should play it. It is only on PS4 at the moment but will be on Steam April 21st.
If you like Katamari Damacy you should DEFINITELY play it (the creator of Katamari has effectively endorsed it on Twitter).
It is from David O’Reilly who made The External World and Octocat Adventures.
*Part of why it might be so hard to find people playing and talking about it is the game’s title which uhhh is hard to Google.
Here is the long trailer if you want a bigger picture of what the game is:
Be sure to take a look at Kayi Ushe’s instagram feed! He’s posting a photo a day from his time in the West End production until he departs this weekend.
