October 2019. I’m busy working on a large number of acrylic landscapes which I began 5 years ago. Trying to work out colour issues and develop my own style, as it were. Hope to have them done by the New Year. I keep a homepage at http://ButchBoard.com
I’m a social recluse, I don’t smoke except pot and rarely drink except an odd glass of red wine. While it’s a lonely life, I’m pretty fussy with whom I choose to keep company. I’m a real motor-mouth and talk a lot. I’m still trying to keep fit.
Butch turns 75
October 2019. I’ll be 75 years old in two weeks. Don’t like it one little bit but what ya gonna do? I’m well, more or less... I hurt a lot from my arthritis but I’m busy working on finishing up a large number of acrylic paintings I began years ago. Landscapes, mostly. I intend to get them all done by the New Year.. he says. Meanwhile, I’m still alive.

Butchy Poo is alive and well as can be, under old age circumstances. Keeping busy with my painting. Getting a CAT scan of my neck next week to see if I’m actually alive, or not. My computer died so I’m looking for a new cheapo computer.
This type of video is made by using an intervalometer (a timer device that can make a contact every so many seconds) attached to a remote control, or device specific to your camera. Camera is set up to take a photo every few seconds until you run out of memory. Then assemble the whole lot in a film editor as stills... all many thousands of them, select 10 frames per second or faster, and turn it into a video. It will last number of frames divided by frame rate. Slower than 10 frames per second will be jittery. I tried to remove all obvious frames that had a bird in them. Tedious, but this kind of work is tedious and time consuming for whackos like moi.
24 Aug. 2018. Friday... cooler with a breeze to blow some of the haze and smoke away from Vancouver. I’m still alive and above ground. We’ve had smoke and smog the past week from B.C.’s forest fires. I’m keeping to myself, getting down to the beach in my skimpy bathing suits for a tan, painting a bit, trying to exercise regularly. My aches and pains are a bit more serious than they have been and it’s pretty annoying to a 73-year-old who thinks he’s 15.
I’m getting ever more fussy about what kind of humans I allow to be close to me. You need to know I’m a big fan of the nude body and you can easily find me nude on the net with a simple search. I promote it. Also, I’m a pretty militant atheist. Religion=Slavery.
I said it, I mean it.

Feeling well, busy painting. I’m in recluse mode. I’ve given up on the humans... no intelligent life down here.
