It seems every time i get a phone call from Mr. Johann Smith who is one of the heads of creation for this friendly Montreal web marketing agency. It’s always something fun, creative and we are always going to get dirty. In the words of the not so famous me. dig it:)
So Dagwoods is launching their new hot sauce(s) and the direction things are going in are big expression while at the same time leaving the viewers feeling slightly awkward or maybe uncomfortable do to some spillage of said sauce. I tell Johann, “I may know a few beautiful faces that can pull this off” ( and do it well). So the casting was put together, the team was built and we got it done!
Voila enjoy!
Some street posters featuring these crazy-kazoos.
mustn't forget the intra-web...

That's Chris on the left. He’s the art director over at Carl Inc. as well as a very professional stand-in model during the Walmart Breakfast Club of Canada shoot. Not too sure about that other guy on the right though...
Here's a short stop-motion of a fruit powered rocket launch that we put together in order to help launch the campaign. Pun intended :)
These are the images and layouts for the printed banners (french & english) which can be found in Walmart stores across Canada promoting this worthy cause.

I have worked with many singers and musicians over the years. When i found out that Justin was coming by the studio i thought, ok cool. He’s got a great look and he’s being mentored by the great Mike Goldfarb of Talent Nation so he must be pretty good.
Fast-forward to the day of the shoot, we knock out a couple of amazing portraits to start the day, including the B&W you see just below. By that point i’m thinking. ok, maybe better then “good” as things are off to a smooth start! During the 3rd or 4th shot, I asked Justin to simply sit on a bench in the middle of the studio with his guitar and sing a few tunes...HOLY SH*T!! Good?? This guy is amazing. He was about 2/3's of the way through a song before I realized that I hadn't taken a single shot. I'm just sitting there on an apple box listening. fantastic.
So the word on the street is that since this shoot took place, Justin has been flown out to L.A. to write and record an E.P. with the producer Brian Howes. I wouldn’t expect any less from this guy. Really looking forward to seeing what 2015 will bring to Justin.
Cheers.

I figured i'd start this post with a photo of the good-time-gang so you can meet the team and get an idea of the lighting setup. note the cardboard box being used as a flag to cut lens flare. we make do!!
Here's how the layouts turned out for the LookBook.
Meet Derek who is the designer of the GTX men's apparel. He was happy to help out with one of the #greycard shots:) That's Kimberly from Folio showing off the pipes!
