My former #art teacher & friend (for now) #PatTierney recently dug up & posted this #watercolor #painting exercise I did while visiting his classroom at the #tcac #torranceculturalartscenter a number of years back. I got the idea from exercises by #CSULBillustration's #RichardOden #DickOden shown to me by then-dept head #DavidHadlock in an #illustration class. Note the cool light areas & warm dark areas. Using temperature to show greater distinction between light & dark etc. #colortheory I believe the subject is #jigglypuff from #pokemon?
