My rant for David Limjoco
Binalikan ko yung ep kagabi and I can't help but feel bad for david. Nung dinisregard ko na lalaki siya, narealize kong tao lang siyang nagmamahal. Love is not about gender. Love is not selfish. Well, love is.. love. Lahat ng tao, ano mang antas sa buhay, ano man ang kasarian, pwedeng magmahal. Siya, si david, nagmahal lang. And feeling ko na hindi lang dahil sa ego/pride niya kaya hindi niya kayang pakasalan si Jade, I can feel that he's letting her go because he also loves her to a great extent. And because loving her is not enough to fulfill her happiness, siya na ang lalayo para sumaya ang taong mahal niya. 'Yung super sakit na feeling, like it's killing you slowly.. deep inside.. I think I can feel what he really feels. Imagine that you'll never have the person you needed to be with for the rest of your life. Mas masakit pa siguro sa namatayan. Kasi yung mahal mo, buhay, pero may kasamang iba. May mahal na iba. At hindi mapapasaiyo kailanman.. You need her, but she doesn't need you. You love her but she doesn't love you. Unti-unting tinotorture.. may kirot, may sakit, may guilt, may regret.. Considering his social life, just thinking to be in his shoes is a hellish torment. Wala na nga sayo yung mahal mo, nasaktan pa yung ego at pride mo, tapos wala ka pang mukhang ihaharap sa pamilya mo, sa pamilya niya, at sa ibang tao. Sa kabila ng lahat nang iyon, pinagtakpan mo pa rin siya. Pinagtakpan mo pa rin si Jade. Now that is true love. So just for this character, I'll give you a power virtual hug. P.S. Hats off for Luis Alandy! Thank you so much for portraying this character well! Kudos to you! I also want to give credits to the writers of this prodigious story.
