Honestly one of the main reasons to assume Luigi Mangione was framed by the NYPD is that the UHC shooter not only had no reason to carry around a manifesto, he had no reason to even write a manifesto. He said his piece loud and clear with the bullet casings and the monopoly money. Everyone understood it and the shooter knew that would be the case.

do you think nakayama festa & fenomeno have any idea why they were recruited for the golden week celebrations? like, golshi's been handling the golden week celebrations up until now, from a "doesn't know about the real horses" stego & orfevre are still really obvious picks (stay "gold" and orfevre meaning "goldsmith"), and dream journey is often just attached to orfevre (and is also the daughter of a goldsmith in universe), but like. i have to imagine from a meno & nakayama pov it's like "well stego we respect you a lot & we're friends with golshi, so we'll do it, but what does it have to do with us? gold city is right there"
