So the third episode of Kais Monstrous Journey is out, and yeah, it's finally over.

That series was... definitely something.

Pls bring back Monstrositys animation and vibe. That was so much better.

But hey, at least we get a happy Kai eating some noodles.

Baby Lloyd and tween Lloyd were absolute savages. I kinda wish they had stayed around for a lil bit longer...

Okay, but Zane getting out a sketchpad and drawing with Lloyd was, like the best scene.

Here are some monsters:

Just look at their designs.

The artists and animators took good care of them. Every single one is unique in their overall design and their behaviour.

Can't forget about their skill set, too.

The ones that were given more focus showed us just how varied, horrifying, and threatening these beasts can be.

And, of course, the others were just seen and only served to show how populated and dangerous this land is, but that doesn't mean we can't appreciate them.

Guess I'll have some things to draw now.

So I saw that a new version of the Weekend Whip was released for the 15th anniversary, and let me say that this was probably one of the funniest and coolest things I've seen. It really made my day.

Seeing Master Wu busting out with the sunglasses at the beginning really sold the whole thing. The animation was really colourful and dynamic, and of course, we just had a bunch of stuff happening.

Also, the ninjas were singing. Everyone was basically singing the song. I loved it <3

It's a nice lil treat for the anniversary ^^

The fact that there was actually a master of fire who became a centipede will never cease to amaze me.

I really like the concept art we got...

The Forbidden Five were clearly supposed to parallel one of the ninjas, and while these designs are nice, I think it's better that they got the more unique designs that we got in the show instead.

I'm just going to post this, cus this has been in my drafts for like, 2 days now, and idk what else to write :/

Alrighty, here are some of my quick thoughts about the three main groups we'll be following in S4, cus why not?

Lloyd, Arin, and Euphrasia:

Overall, I can't wait to see how this one will play out. We've already seen Lloyd and Arin together, so it's nice to add Euphie to change it up a lil. As you guys know, I really like Euphie, so I'm very excited to have her more.

*chanting* Lloyds traumatic past with a wind master. I know that they made a reference in S1, but, like, yknow-

Also, from the teaser, it does seem like Zane also winds up with them at some point, which is okay (hopefully, he actually gets to do something because that would be great).

Jay, Kai, and Nya:

This is a good trio of very good characters. We've got the siblings. We've got the temporarily divorced couple because of a strange case of amnesia. We've got shenanigans waiting to happen.

This is a good trio :]

Sora, Wyldfyre, Frak, and Riyu:

A group of the next gen characters, so it'll be interesting to see how this plays out, seeing that there are no adults to keep them in check.

We've seen a glimpse of their dynamic in S3 part 2, but this time, it'll be for a bit longer, and, of course, the circumstances are going to be different. It's worth mentioning that these guys will also have a lot going on based on the teaser, which I'm looking forward to.
