Mostly commonly found throughout the Boulderlands biome of the Clouded Forest

Best Quality: Rain

Best Quality Location

At the top of the Stone Sentinels in the South of the Clouded Forest

(yeah I ain't getting close to that solo, dude.)

I know I usually put an image of me picking the material up here, but with that BIG BODIED BITCH protecting the area and me being solo right now-- I ain't fighting that. So you'll have to take my word for it.

HOWEVER.

I did fly up there and dart through to scan to make sure there was Exquisite materials up there for sure. There is, but until my wife helps me kill that thing you'll have to trust me.
