Day 2: Spring
Tenten sighed as she walked out side. The sun was warm on her face. Perfect day for a walk. She stopped to get some dumplings and some flowers. Tenten hummed softly as she walked down the roads to the gravesite.
It's been a whole year since Neji died. There are some days where the pain is too much. She gets choked up. She remembers his face as he died, the smile. Sometimes she just wanted to bring him back to life only to kill him again.
There are days when she misses him a lot. The days she stays in bed, curled up under a blanket. She'll never admit it to anyone (Hinata is the only one who knows) but she has some of his things.
Tenten stops at his grave and sits beside it. "It's the first day of spring, Neji. The flowers were kind of expensive. But that's to be expected." She lays the flowers on the grave.
"Lee and I will walk though the flower fields soon. I loved looking at the flowers with y-" She chokes on her words and rubs her eyes. "I-Its different without you. Training and walks. Gai-sensei and Lee are still as energetic as ever." Tenten chuckles sadly. She laid down, looking at the sun and threw a hand over her forehead.
"I just miss you so much. I wish you were here."
