Day 036

First day with no photos. In DC with my good friends Lia and Kevin and their stupendous daughter Violet. On a previous visit to Minnesota, Violet claimed to be a Rodgers fan, but upon further review, she has switched her allegiance to Johnsonville. Not unprecedented, certainly.

Today I was still feeling a bit under the weather, so after a nap, I went to take Big Boy for a bike ride. It was almost dark, and I got a little bit lazy in paying keen attention, as Rodg doesn't usually chase squirrels and such after dark. He happened to go across the path suddenly after something, and it pulled the handlebars sideways and I went straight over the top of them.

I'm not exactly sure how I walked away with just a scraped knee and bruised shin on my left leg. I had forgotten to grab my helmet, but didn't hit my head, or any other part of my body. Overwhelmingly lucky for my bad dog owner/bike rider self.

Roberto Pesce) Questa è la frase che voglio mettere in questo happidays perché tra le tantissime che potrei mettere oggi per rappresentare la giornata trascorsa, (forse) è una di quelle che mi ha fatto vibrare delle "corde" molto profonde e che mi piace pensare sia vera! ...non immaginavo minimamente che il BEAUTIFUL DAY 2017 di oggi sarebbe stato tanto bello, intenso, pieno, emozionante, coinvolgente, illuminante, energizzante, stimolante, diretto, chiaro, importante, eccitante, divertente, ricco, carico di idee e di buoni propositi, con ABBRACCI bellissimi e tanto altro che sono sicuro arriverà nei prossimi giorni perché... L'AMORE ESISTE! Il tema che è stato proposto dai diversi relatori è stato proprio l'AMORE; ed è stato un crescendo di belle Emozioni che ho condiviso con tante belle persone.
