Stroll.
So today I decided to pull my good GP friend into a challenge of 10k steps before we are allowed to go home. My situation over the weekend was not a wonderful experience so I have to convince myself to avoid being super duper lazy by trying to maintain the energies from working days. And what better way to do undesirable duties but to drag other people to endure it with you, right?
But guess what - around 9pm today I was almost at the 10k mark but this good friend of mine said she was so hungry that she needed to eat at the cafeteria already. Long story short, I was dragged to eating Nasi Goreng Cina to kill time and right before my order was served, I’ve hit the goal. A damn wasteful day, ain’t it? 🥱
