Day6 Youth Tour in ATL Fan Experience

One of the best 3 hours of my life seriously

So I got P3 tickets nothing fancy, no hi touch or anything

lemme just say Subkulture’s organization sucks ass 

like seriously

My friend @exfolitae and I got there at like 4:30, we wanted to be there when the door opened so we could get merch

and like??? there was no line?? it was just a blob of people didnt matter if you were P1 P2 P3 or whatever

It was 45 degrees outside and its just this group of people just like...freezing

They just opened the doors with all of us just...there it was wild

Mydays are so nice?? Like I got banners and buttons and other things and they were just handing them out??

There was supposed to be a fan project but like... no one did it oops

ok onto the actual concert

I don’t remember...like the entire setlist...but there was only like one song on there I didnt know the name of I have to go scouring for it

They’re all?? So handsome? Like seriously just videos dont do them justice

ESP DOWOON LIKE I WAS SORTA SHOOK BY HOW FINE HE IS IRL

It didnt feel like a concert...like they sounded exactly like the CD it was amazing

One thing I noticed: Dowoon is like aggressively lipsyncing when he drums I thought he was just making faces like drummers do but nah hes just going ham

During I’m Serious, they got the crowd to clap but Sungjin was slapping his bald head

Jae and Youngk would go jam next to Dowoon alot and it made me so happy :^)

When I heard I Need Somebody...I cried I cried actual tears

Hearing Shoot Me live was something elsekjhdfkjshdkfhg

During the 3rd ment, Youngk and Jae kept on complimenting each others English back and forthsdkfjghsd and ofc they brought Sungjin into it

Sungjin: Uh...I can’t speak English...Dowoon??

Dowoon then proceeded to make...some sounds

We cheered and Youngk was like “can you guys understand what he’s saying??" *YES!* “because we can’t!”

There was a really cute time where Wonpil was like “Yes everyone here...beautiful voice...sing time..” and then played the piano version of I’m Serious and all the MyDays sang ;////////;

They seemed so surprised that we could sing along and knew all the fanchants(esp Shoot Me)?? Like seems seriously amazed by it.

When they were changing their clothes they played this little video..it was basically them being dorksksdsdkfhgsdf Im pretty sure it was for the seasons greetings

And near the end, Jae gave a very meaningful speech about how he would be bullied often in school but instead of succumbing to it he overcame it?? And then he basically told us to be true to ourselves and try our hardest in life and use it as a source of inspiration

The last 3 songs were....Freely, MyDay, and Wish(I shed some tears during Wish again)

Ughhhhh Im waiting for PCD to hit me. Like it hasnt yet...but Im waiting bc omg Im gonna suffer some after that amazing concert

They said theyll be back they better!!!

All in all, if I could rewind time to experience it over and over again I would honestly it was worth every penny.

Day6 In Atlanta

Wednesday was one the best nights of this entire year thats not even an exaggeration like....ughhhh I wanna see them live again so baaaad 😭😭

Day6 in Atlanta

So November 14 (writing this the day after the concert tho this is probably going up later lol), I went to see Day6 in Atlanta! It was super cold and rainy and me and my P waited outside the venue for two hours (thankfully the venue had like an overhang so we didn’t get wet) cause I didn’t want to see a thing and our hands and toes felt weird afterwards but it was worth it lol The concert itself was probably one of the best concert experiences I’ve had and I would encourage anyone who wants to see Day6 and can go should definitely go!

They were all so sweet and wonderful and I cried like three times lol they have such a warm and comforting presence and the crowd was amazing it was like being in a room of your 500 closest friends lol everyone was sonnice

Dowoon was very shy about his English but he was so cute and was shocked him when we screamed extra loud for him (like whatta cutie!!)

Jae was very excited and enthusiastic and said that he loved the Cobb Center and that it was so pretty!! Jae’s speech about bullying and depression really hit home in more ways than one so him acknowledging it and telling us that we should use our experiences and frustrations and keep moving forward in a positive direction made me feel understood and inspired in a way that I haven’t felt in a while

Young K is so beautiful (tho they all are) and his speech about being impressed with us like learning a new language and being able to sing along was so cute!! And he also talked about how he felt like they didn’t do much for us other than writing and releasing songs but they do so much more than that and it made me sad that they don’t realize that and I hope one day they realize that they mean the world to us!!

Wonpil didn’t know a lot of English either but said our singing was good and that today was a good day and said that everyday is a new day which resonated with me even tho Young K was like do you guys understand cause we don’t lol

And then there was Sungjin and I should mention before I went to see them I was like I’m a Wonpil and Sungjin stan I cant choose between them and I walked out of the venue a hardcore Sungjin stan lol His expressions when they performed and when we sung along and did the fan chants were so cute I was so captivated with him lol

It was also really cool cause behind where I was sat there was a walkway which all the members went down at one point which was insane and I was in total shock and my friend P accidentally touched Sungjin’s arm cause she thought he was gonna hi five and then he didn’t lol and when the confetti was shot during I Like You it was such a magical moment I wanna relive it so badly

I got the hi touch which I don’t remember very well other than that Sungjin was first and that I wanted to look him in the eye and I kind of did and then I got nervous and didn’t really look at the other members lol but I remember Dowoon was really cute and that he had a small hands that were soft and warm lol it happened so quickly

So honestly it was one of the best nights of my life that I’ve had in a while and I want to thank Day6 for being the “twinkling stars in my night sky” and I wish they knew how much they’ve helped me this past year. And as Jae said Recycle! lol ✨

But interrupted it part of the way through to ask what hand motions a fan was doing

“I thought it was like a crab....or a lobster???”

The girl in front of me was a HUGE Wonpil stan bc whenever she got the chance she would scream “I LOVE YOU WONPIL” or “MARRY ME WONPIL”

And I also screamed “WE LOVE YOU WONPIL” at one point and she turned around and we gave each other finger guns c’:
