Day 79

I continued with the chapter 2. I didn’t finish it yet. Today I used Ubuntu, so I was at least able to write some code in #Haskell.

Orange ice, takes me back to Little League. I did not play in Little League because I was a girl and in the 1970s that was no bueno. So I went to my brother’s games but wasn’t forced to sit in the stands for the whole game, so I could explore. I loved taking a dollar and getting treats at the snack stand. Shoelaces. Frozen Milky Ways. And snow cones. How wonderful -- a cone of plain ice drenched in sugar water! You had to hurry or the syrup might start dripping out of the bottom of the cone all over your clothes. Orange was my favorite, with cherry a close second. I miss those days.
