Last month I when I had covid I bit the bullet and ordered the Peloton bike I have been researching for a while.  They had a promotion where if you bought a bike and accessories package it was like $600 off so I jumped on it.

I have found myself getting a winded running around the office and I have realized I need to take better care of myself.  

Today my bike was delivered and I took my first class.  It was only a 20 minute beginner ride but I broke a sweat and I finished it.

Helloooo peeps!!!!

Finallyyyy Fri!!! Had quite a productive plus lazy day somehow 🙃

Here's what I did:

1. Posted the 4 recruitment posts on FB n insta

2. Completed the RPA overview ppt.. although had to just copy paste few parts as it is cos didn't make sense to change the table patterns n all

3. Made a flyer for "Yoga Friday" and hehe it got an overwhelmingly positive response despite the kinda funny/sarcastic caption I added

4. Searched a bit for email signature designs

5. 🤣 We all did bit of yoga in office at the end.. only some breathing techniques tho.. but that got me thinking that maybe I should again start with my daily yoga routine, tho timing is an issue.. but I'll figure it out ig 🙃

🤣 after that came home and all I did was read Little Women (omg I'm so into it) instead of preparing for my tomorrow's learning licence test.. but overall had a good day 🙃 might've made a friend in office too
