I must compliment the Castle’s exemplary speech-writing skills.
Saturday’s tend to be long strange days. Started my day with a milk fever and the little newborn heifer calf decided to curl up next to my leg as I IVed her momma. Then after some time at the clinic we headed to a farm to do 15 bull breeding soundness exams. There was a pig there that just ate and walked around and napped while we worked the Bulls next to his pen. As per usual it wouldn’t ever be a saturday without my tech @kibbey17 and lots of laughs. #day90 #100happydays #heifercalf #holstein #pig #farmcall #largeanimalvet #bovinevet #mytechisgreat #longdays #lotsoflaughs
Day 90 It wasn’t intentional, but I’ve definitely been ignoring this blog the past few weeks. Things have been pretty busy and a lot has happened since I️ last posted. The last photo was from Amsterdam, which was one of my favorite places so far. I️ was hesitant about going at first, because I️ had been told if you didn’t party or smoke, you wouldn’t like it. However, it was amazing. It has such a fascinating history and social ideas. I️ met some amazing people and learned a lot. It was also so beautiful. After that was Belgium, which was basically me just living on waffles, chocolate, and fries for a few days. I️ used Belgium more to relax, so I️ really only saw the beautiful but small city of Brugge. I’m hoping to go back one day and see the rest of the country. Then I️ went back to Paris for a few days, finally going to the towers of Notre Dame, and then to Italy. It’s a shame that Italy was such a short trip but I️ am still glad I️ went. I️ had a few days in Rome and a couple in Florence. They were both so beautiful, though I️ have to say it was the Colosseum that really blew me. I️ loved it so much and I️ really want to go back for a night tour. Then it was back to Paris, of course, to say goodbye to my friend, Laura. So now I️ am in Ireland. The plan is to go to Dublin, then Galway, and finally Donegal. After that it’s off to London go see another friend and then I️ fly home out of Belfast. I️ only have 14 days left here, and it’s a little bittersweet. I’m excited to see everyone again, but I’ll definitely miss all the amazing experiences I️ had

She was a young widow who worked in her family business, repairing uniforms, making tents and blankets, and stuffed paper tubes with musket balls for the Continental Army.
Day 90 - lazy rainy Sunday It's been raining like crazy in Los Angeles, and since I didn't have any plans today I decided just to hang out at home. The only thing I left the house for today was a massage this morning. I'm wearing the ultimate lounging outfit, a sweatshirt from Honeydew intimates and yoga pants from Jala clothing. It's great for hanging out and snuggling the pets. 90 days down, 10 to go (Top: honeydew intimates, bottoms: jala clothing, bunny: grace)
