24: What is your favorite thing about the game?

Compared to every single other mobile game I’ve played, it’s incredibly generous with its freebies. Just the fact that you can get sixty (60) pieces of premium currency for FREE daily blows me away. Other games I’ve played sometimes give it out on level-up, or let you watch ads, and the next best is School Idol Festival with 1 guaranteed free gem a day. Nikki blows them all out of the water! And 90-120 free stamina every single day? Free draws on premium gachas every 48 hours? Bringing back cash-only suits as things you can obtain for free through gameplay/saving? Wild.

5. What’s your favorite thing to draw?

Hair. Hair. I love to draw hair! It’s alot of fun to try and make them have some cool movement like flowing in the wind or something like that!

I also love to draw dresses because they can be unique and interesting. I think drawing in the folds of the dresses are the best part ;v;

15. How long does an average piece take you to complete?

Depends on the complexity of the artwork! These days, I put alot of stuff in my art. Like if it has a background (that I need to paint), it’ll take me a day or two for it to be completed. Other stuff take I would say 4-6 hours? It’s a huge stretch but I really can’t pick! Because I do take ALOT of breaks because my attention span is not good when I’m supposed to be drawing….

25. Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?

With music! Lately, I’ve been listening to calm ost music I just randomly find on 8tracks honestly sdfkjhsd I guess I work better with soft music. Most of the time I listen to soundtracks like from my favourite videogames. (Soundtracks are my lifeee) Occasionally, I do play kpop because….it makes me happy to listen to them/

I hope it's okay that I reply to this but I feel what you talked about in your last post so much. Like I hate feeling the way I was/am and I hate that I wasn't doing what normally made me happy. So I tried!!! I did some of the things that I could bring myself to do (which was also hard), but I felt nothing.... I don't know, it's just not as actively fixable as some people make it out to be?

PRECISELY. It irritates me to no end.

Like... even getting out of bed is a huge task. Even doing things I cared about brought me no satisfaction. And yet a lot of times people just tell you to get off your butt and make yourself better. I feel like those are the people that DON’T need to be giving advice. (50% of the ones I read just say to excercise to feel better and get rid of depression. It’s like they ignore the fact that most people with depression become lethargic and lack any energy whatsoever) If that is what worked for them FINE. But for me, just taking baby steps in the right direction has helped a lot. Maybe rather than just telling people to vaguely make themselves better like they can flip a switch, tell them something that can actually help.

I love the posts that say to celebrate the small achievements. Like getting out of bed. Showering. Eating. They seem like an easy task, but depression makes it feel like you are climbing a mountain to do things like that. If you managed to pull yourself out of bed WOW that’s really awesome and I’m proud of you! I understand that feeling and how hard it is. You need to take these steps to make yourself better. I know often times it feels overwhelming and you end up feeling disappointed that you didn’t do more. But it’s okay. You did what you could do at that time and that’s awesome! As long as you are trying, it shows that you want to improve and get better. Depression is an illness, and you can’t make yourself just instantly better. Some people deal with illnesses different ways. Some can tough it out until they are better and it works for them. Others need to rest and do small things each day until they are better.
