Hi um I has a question um it’s ok if you can’t answer i understand So um I’m having trouble with my little age/regression age I have been changing from 8-12 6-8 4-6 so at this point I have no clue So could you tell me if you can how can I figure it out

Hmmm... that’s a great question love!

Generally while regressing you might just wanna look at the things you like watching or doing! For example, some shows are for certain age ranges! You could try seeing what ages your favorite kids shows are!

Or stuff like, do you like sippy cups? pacifiers? then you might be on the younger age range! Do you enjoy reading big books or small books? There’s tons of stuff that could help you with your age range!

Also remember your range can be large or small!! My age range is 3-5 and sometimes I go all the way up to 7!!!!
