Planning for day 25! All Dayen! Because he deserves it after i considered drawing him so many times but didn't

And I'll talk a bit about him. He was created on mermay 2020, he's a merm guy who hates humans and has a ribbon on a stick to yeet humans that trespass his home, even if by accident

I love his design. And him in general

E eu vou falar um pouco sobre ele. Ele foi criado no mermay 2020, ele é um sereio que odeia humanos e ele tem aquele laço num bastão pra lançar humanos pra fora da sua casa quando eles invadem ela, mesmo que por acidente

Day 25: Mud

Dayen! He's here! He's finally been drawn! After considering drawing him and having another idea four times! He's here!

And he's coming out of the mud. Why? Idk, maybe he takes some naps there.

Dayen! Ele está aqui! Ele finalmente foi desenhado! Depois de considerar desenhar ele e mudar de ideia quatro vezes! Ele está aqui!

E ele está saindo da lama. Por que? Sei lá, talvez ele tire umas sonecas lá

Posting this to show how my process went.

I divided everything into greyscale layers which each layer is one shade of grey (there's 13 layers here) before coloring anything, which is when i saved this image. I could have used any colors here but i thought the greyscale looked cool (and it does)

And then i locked the layers (and unlocked them because of the annoying pixels that i found a lot that werent filled in), colored everything, which was kinda hard to find the right colors, and then i added all the lines to clarify some parts above all the layers

Postando isso aqui pra mostrar como meu processo foi

Eu dividi tudo em camadas em vários tons de cinza (e preto e branco) em cada camada tendo um tom de cinza (tem 13 camadas aqui) antes de colorir qualquer coisa, que foi quando eu salvei essa imagem. Eu poderia ter usado qualquer cor nisso mas eu achei que a escala de cinza ficava massa (e ainda fica)

E daí eu tranquei todas as camadas (e daí abria de novo por causa de pixels irritantes que eu achava que estavam preenchidos mas não estavam), colori tudo, que foi meio difícil de achar umas cores boas, e daí eu adicionei as linhas pra esclarecer umas partes numa camada em cima de todas as outras
