Good afternoon everybody. Man, what a splendid day it is today. Just like how it was yesterday. Nothing but blue skies and sunny ☀️ spells the whole day through. Best part about yesterday was I got to soak up said aforementioned sunny 🌞 spells out on Lake Mercer with my boi @brianshiarappa during our annual canoe 🛶 trip. After 3 weeks of cancellations and rescheduling, we were finally able to go out and enjoy ourselves. Yup, two dudes, a canoe, and an absolutely picture-perfect day. We rowed to both sides of the lake and stopped for lunch afterwards. I got to perform a little act of heroism by tossing up a balloon 🎈 to a kid above me at The boathouse. Needless to say, he and his day were very grateful. I even found a neat little shell 🐚 at the dock before we even started. Brian even shot a TikTok video of my popsicle reveal. You can that I needed this after a semi-stressful week at work.
