SPRINGTIME AT ARALUEN 🌷 // Beautiful blooms and delicious food from Chalet Healey Cafe at Araluen Botanic Park, Roleystone. Ordered the Eggs Benedict (aud21) and Chalet Healey burger and chips (aud20). Perfectly poached eggs and yummy bacon (no fatty rinds). Just look at that beef patty on the burger! Soft toasted brioche bun. Wasn’t expecting the food here to be this good. I don’t say this often as hangry is real but this was definitely worth the 35 minute wait as they were understandably super busy with the tulip festival. 🤤 Haven’t been back at Araluen Botanic Park in three years and there are quite a few new additions compared to when I last visited - good to see various food trucks located around the park.
