Ran into @dayst-ffxiv again. Always a joy to bump into you :) ))

A small envelope is left in the mailbox. The only thing written on the front was Dayst's name, in elegant cursive. Though the bottom of the envelope felt thick, it was light. Dark red wax sealed the opening tight, a large D that matched the writing on the front was prominent and firmly pressed within. Upon opening the only thing found within would be fresh lavender petals. Nothing more.

Samuru picked up the mail, quietly thumbing through the contents with a hum. The typical bills and other miscellaneous mess was mixed in, but one letter in particular caught his eye. He furrowed his brow, taking note of the wax seal on the back. Using his nails he’d slash the envelope open, peeking within curiously. Noticing only lavender petals the beauty paused, scratching his head a little. “Dayst...” The words rolling off of his lips. “..it does sound familiar.”

But the more he thought about it, the more paranoia seemed to set in. Lavender petals were a calling card of death from the local Gridanian mafia, was it not?! Painted lids widened, dropping the letter which caused the petals to scatter.

“Isen, the Big D is coming to kill us! Load the catapult and bar the doors, this bastard isn’t getting my antique dinner plates!” The beauty wailed as he ran inside, slamming the door behind him.
