Day 5: SIN!

So until 5pm everything went completly fine: one Almased shake in the morning, a 4 hours break, a champignon-paprika-potatoe-onion mix for lunch. Later I headed to my friends place who made a small birthday party. I already knew that I would eat a (small) piece of cake; would have been okay and some kind of cheat day. Well in the end I didn't had one but two plus one muffin.....shame on me!!😏 Now I'm home and going to do some exercises which at least burn some of those carbs... I was surprised how my body reacted to the whole sugar I had with the cake. After eating I was really tired and had headache. I will not have an Almased shake this evening since it's already 10pm and I kind of lost today anyway.... Looking forward to a clean and healthy tomorrow!💪🍀

Walking to Tsuru's room Ichigo was light headed and tired. The stupid crane got injured in battle. Tripping someone pulled him into the shadows. (1/5)

Tsuru stumbled with the feel of metal in his mouth- wait HE WAS MADE OF METAL, but that wasn't the point. with dizzying pain he stumbled out the window and ran- (2/5)

He always ran, leaving the pains and burden behind, Coughing he felt wet and sticky. Looking down the crimson liquid dripped off his lips. Smileing he finally colapsed on the forest floor.-(3/5)

Seeing the disaster Tsuru's room is in, Ichigo panicked. He Ran to the closest room and slammed the door open. It was the old man, Mikazuki. panting he explained what had happened then ran off to the forest where tsuru's bedroom faced (4/5)

crying the whole way, ichigo tripped and stumbled. Seeing a white limp body with light feathers falling gently on it. Ichigo stared in disbelief and grabbed the body- that was completely cold. 'Please let this be a jome, please just ssurprise me again just this once. two cranes landed on the tree above him. a gentle breeze flew and he thought he heard tsuru wispering (5/5)
