So everyday I get the same question, "dazzling, how do you use your overlays?" and I meant to post this tutorial a long time ago but I forgot oops. So here are the steps! Step 1: Download picsart and click photo Step 2: Choose your picture you want the overlay to be on. Step 3: On the bottom right, there should be a button called "add" and click "add photo" and pick the overlay you want to use. Step 4: After you add the overlay, click "normal" and change it to screen or lighten for white overlays or multiply for black overlays. Step 5: Save the photo on top! I hope I explained it good. Sorry for not updating recently! Here are another batch of my overlays! Also, I recommend you download the app doodles! it has alot of my overlays and it's like picsart.
