3 Front rack DB complex (1 rep = Lunge ea leg + squat; 15′s)
5 Handstand push ups (1 abmat)
7 Burpees
P1 does all the DB complex reps, P2 does HSPUs, P1 does burpees... Then switch roles in the next round etc.

Spent the arvo at my parents’ place so trained with my sister Helen :) She has a set of 15 DB’s and an abmat so we came up with this one to get moving.
The DB complex felt good - all reps able to be completed unbroken, same with the HSPU’s and just tried to get through the burpees as fast as possible to complete that round.
