Wolverhampton lies northwest of Birmingham, and forms the second largest part of the West Midlands conurbation. To the north and west lies the Staffordshire and Shropshire countryside.
Near to several Motorways, and having excellent public transport links including a Metro Service, Train Station and Bus Service the city is home to many commuters. Wolverhampton has a number of live music venues; the largest occasionally used being the football ground of the locally much-loved Wolverhampton Wanders, Molineux Stadium. The Grand Theatre on Lichfield Street is Wolverhampton's largest theatre, and Wolverhampton Racecourse is located at Dunstall Park, just to the north of the city centre. This was one of the first all-weather horse racing courses in the UK and is Britain's only floodlit horse race track. There is also greyhound racing at Monmore Green.
West Park, a large park near the city centre, was converted from a racecourse. Tracing its history back through well-known local estate agencies, Skelding & Boucher and William D Hawthorne, DB Roberts has connections with the town dating back to the 1960's. Centrally situated in Darlington Street, the Property Centre offers a wide range of properties both within the town and also hosts our in-house conveyancing service.
