anyways lyra is one of many ocs that are alpha boötisians (basically my alien species)

the naming system in this universe is pretty incoherent i’m ngl but i just have to go with what sticks or else analysis paralysis will take my life

they all have a signature item so far and this one is pretty self-explanatory

yeah i’m aware i dropped the ball and i could have made it look like the actual lyra constellation 💔 maybe i can retcon it to look more accurate

the dude he’s with is nihal, i have yet to make a ref for him but i think his design is pretty cool

this guy is from a roster of ocs i designed in gacha club; it was mostly made up of clearly mythical species so i went with mythiclub as the collective name, so if you see that as a tag, there's the context :)

anyways hiro is an elf with a mysterious pet who's always at his side. since he's psychic, they communicate telepathically, and i like the idea of them having a particularly unique and deep bond because of it

i hadn't drawn this interaction yet but i imagine that the creature sort of has a diminutive form like shown and a much bigger, more ferocious form out in the wild

as you can see from the sketch (and the tags i guess), he’s aromantic and rosdove’s best friend :D

as a human living with various magical and mythical beings, they hope to learn magic to heal people as a wandering plague doctor, visiting disenfranchised villages and doing what they can to save people

he’s also sort of a thoth cultist, but in the more traditional sense where he just has a deep connection and affiliation with thoth and his ideals (wisdom, knowledge, writing, magic, science, etc)
