DBD KILLER OC — MAVKA

Slavic mermaid - rusalka or mavka

This concept was developed on the basis of the South Slavic and West Siberian falklor. Mermaids, or mavki, are the vengeful spirits of girls or children who died before marriage. They appear in the images of long-haired women in summer, in the field, forest or by the water.

The Concept of mobile killer who can move around the map with the help of lakes appearing in unexpected places

THE ABILITY

Blue waters

At the beginning of the game, there are up to 7 lakes on the map. A maniac cannot choose their appearance, it is absolutely random. During the game, the lakes change their location after each time the survivor is on the hook. Mavka can move between all lakes.

Black waters

After the survivor is on the hook for the first time during the game (and after each subsequent suspension), the ability of black water opens. The killer can mark several (3) lakes on the map, and they will not disappear after the next hook of the survivor until the killer removes the mark.

Bloody ripples

Every time a survivor steps into the lake, a ripple effect falls on him. The longer the survivor stands, the larger the effect scale. When the scale is filled, the survivor gets exposed.

If the survivor is on a death hook and at the moment of falling into a near-death state has a mark of bloody ripples, Mavka can mori him.

ADDONS

Mavka's addons can expand the area of lakes, accelerate the accumulation of the effect, increase the tp speed, increase the number of lakes appearing randomly on the map, increase the number of marked lakes, highlight survivors with the effect of bloody ripples with the killer instinct.

PERKS

Sisterly Concern

After a survivor restores another survivor's health level, fatigue is imposed on him. If the survivors move away from each other by more than 10/8/6 meters, the aura of the healer will be highlighted to you for 5 seconds

The Game of Tag

After you hit a survivor, your terror radius is transferred to him and a weakening effect is applied. The effects are removed after successful interaction with the generator. The next survivor who will interact with this generator gets a terror radius, screams and shows an aura for 2s

HEX: The Abyss of Despair

You hear voices that have lost hope of salvation. Every time you damage the generator or extinguish the totem, you get a token.

3 tokens - the healing rate of survivors slows down.

6 tokens - generators begin to slowly degrade until they are repaired

9 tokens - every survivor who throws a totem or generator without completing it receives a vulnerability status for 20/25/30s and gives out his location. For each generator, broken HEX, or a BOOM totem delivered, 2 tokens are taken away.

HISTORY

The Beast comes out only under the covers of night. As long as you are near the fire, while candles are burning in your hands - it is safe here.

Poor harvest time. The monster brought misfortune, hunger, and destruction. Parents say "there is a man who will take care of you." sisters leave the house one by one. "You're going to get married too." Nastya looks at her mother, her fate has already been decided.

On the last day before the wedding, she returns to the meadow. The flowers are mowed along with the grass. They will no longer be - the cold is coming. But a nice man looks at her, leaning on his braid. "That sadness is in your eyes," he says pitifully. "Do you want me to help you escape?"

Nastya looks at the stranger. He goes into the woods, calling with him. Her feet hover over the dry grass and leaves, making their way to the shore of the blue lake inaudibly. The man gently takes the girl's hand. Thin fingers touch the surface of the water. Prickly cold.

"Take a look. " The man looks into the black water, " They were all free. They're all safe... Go to your sisters."
