I wonder if Edwin and Charles had ever said "I love you before" in a platonic way. Like, I'm guessing not, because of Edwin's aversion to talking about feelings, but I love love love how fast Charles is able to say he platonically loves Edwin back. Like he knows it so well he doesn't even need to pause to think about it. Charles just loves Edwin so fully and I love that about them

"We have the same left!!!" It's a fan favorite for a reason; it's very quotable and funny as hell

and I also adore the one scene (also in Episode 2) where Edwin is talking to Charles about Crystal, and Charles goes "sounds a lot like you, doesn't it? Wait, maybe that's why I like her so much!!" Like, Charles is so incredibly bisexual, and so incredibly oblivious to his own bisexuality and it's so fucking entertaining every time.

I don't think she would ever intend to adopt the nickname, but I could definitely see it happening where Charles starts calling her Charlie so much that it picks up around the rest of the agency and she just gives up and starts responding to it

Which scene made you the saddest?

THE SIMON SCENE. I will never ever, be normal about that scene, actually. I've ranted about this scene so many times before, and I could rant for hours more, because that scene means so much to me.

That scene was as heartbreaking as it was emotionally fulfilling to watch as a queer person, and honestly, I have never cried while watching a movie/show before, but I came damn near it when I watched it for the first time.

So when Charles and Edwin hid in the backpack that can hold and infinite number of things, was there an infinite amount of space? Is there like a whole second office set up in there? Or were they basically just squished together in the dark?

If it's the latter, then that's a lot of trust that Edwin put in Charles's hands, because Charles is the only one trained on how to use it. Without Charles, Edwin could get lost in the backpack forever

And if it's the former, does Charles ever just hide out in his backpack to like get space? He talks about how he has to pretend to be happy all the time for Edwin's sake, and I would think that this could be a way he could take a break, and just feel his emotions without Edwin around.

I wonder what kind of relationship the cat king and Ester Finch had before she killed him with her cane. Like, were they just like supernatural neighbors who left each other alone? Or where they ever against each other or on each others side at any point? I know Esther likes birds, but what if the cat king was like her first familiar??

So why was Edwin in the attic to see Charles dying i the first place? Edwin was killed in the basement, so I would think that's where he would have returned. So was he just going through the whole school looking at how much it's changed? Was the attic just the last stop on a nostalgia tour? Or was he in the attic looking for something of his? Or was he looking for a scrap of a clue about how hid death was treated??

And if he was just going though the whole school, how long would that have taken? Did he find Charles like an hour after he returned? Or if he was going directly there, minutes after he returned??
